He is survived by: his wife Karyl Warren; his daughter Amy Hendricks; his son-in-law Paul Hendricks; his grandsons, Tyler Southard and Sean Southard; his sister Barbara Hall; and his brothers-in-law, Henry Hall of Farmington, NY and Butch White of Lewisburg, WV.
Due to COVID-19 a small memorial service for only the immediate family will take place on December 21. 2020 to celebrate the life of Thomas in Stapleton AL.
He was known as a family man whose advice and patience were their foundation.
