She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Young and Mazie Young; and her sister Emma Bolden. She is survived by: her sisters, Annie Young, Mildred Brown (Lanny), Carrie Wilson, Electa Denham, Rosetta Wasp, Loretta Alexander and Caroline Safford; and her goddaughter Eboni Dandridge. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and great- nieces, extended family, and devoted friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar Twin Beech A. M. E. Zion Church (6662 Twin Beech Rd, Fairhope, AL 36532).
