He is survived by: his wife Leila Mayfield; his stepson Darius Assin; his cousins, Bob Anderson and Vicky Robertson; and also, Tom Perrin, Doug Shebert, Rick, Nancy VanHoose, James Hawkins, Mike, Dianne, Czerny, Kris, Tran and Eoffe.
