He is survived by: his wife Jadwiga Prokop of Fairhope; his children, Betty Prokop (Donald Gorczyca) of Hilliard, Ohio and Arthur Prokop (Monika) of Fairhope; his sister Maria Zielinski (Zdzisław) of Lancaster; and his grandchildren, Max Prokop, Alex Prokop and Julia Prokop. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
