She is survived by: her husband David Hodges of Spanish Fort, AL; her sons, Tanner Samila (Danielle) of Chicago, IL and Liam Hodges of Spanish Fort, AL; her mother Shirley Converti of Salem, VA; and her sister Pam Cotton (Steve) of Roanoke, VA. She is also survived by her many friends and extended family.
