It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Kay Allen of Fairhope, Alabama, who passed away on February 18, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard "Mike" Severns and Bernadine Severns; and her siblings, Beverly "Jo" Claussen, Joyce Snyder Smith and William "Bill" Severns.
She is survived by: her husband Stephen Allen; her children, Dale Allen of Springfield, IL, Tracy Allen (Satu) of Petersburg, IL and Jo Higgerson (Chris) of Springfield, IL; her grandchildren, Stephanie Pierce (Melvin), Jessica Higgerson, Hannaliisa Allen, Johannes Allen and Anna Chastain (Monte); and her brothers, Russell Severns (Angie) of Fairhope, AL and Robert Severns (Bev) of Chandlerville, IL.. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
