He was predeceased by: his mother Joanne Bastman (Polvi); and his stepfather Hugo Bastman (Edward Slicker). He is survived by: his wife Fay Richards; his children, Christopher Polvi (Lori), Ronilyn Polvi (Jasper Burr) and Tracy Struzyk (Joe); his grandchildren, Megan Polvi, Amanda Polvi, Christopher Polvi, Stephanie Lewis (Spencer), Jacob Struzyk, Martin Struzyk, Alexis Struzyk (Chris Evans) and Hannah Struzyk (Ben Akinde); his great grandchild Tristian Polvi; and his siblings, Ray Bastman (Debbie), Rick Bastman and Renee Palmgren (Mike). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
