He is survived by: his wife Brenda Marie Potter Sloan; his children, Jennifer "Jenny" Waldt (Tim) of Paducah, KY and Bronson Sloan (Jessa) of Fairhope, AL; his brother Steve Sloan (Sandy); his grandchildren, Ethan Waldt and Elizabeth Waldt; and his siblings-in-law, Lisa Potter, Patti Childress (John), Danny Potter (Denvia) and Coleman Potter. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
