He is survived by: his significant other Joyce; his daughters, Holly Barber and Leigh Smith; his son-in-law Charles "Boots" Smith; his sister Susan King; and his cousin Martha Ann Wood.
Due to the Covid pandemic, a celebration of life will be planned for this summer in both LaGrange, Georgia and Elberta, Alabama.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to any AA organization or a simple act of kindness in Buck's honor will be greatly appreciated!
