It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Baxter III of Fairhope, Alabama, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on August 15, 2021, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Richard Howard Baxter, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lib; his children, Haas and Caroline; his mother Marjorie Carol; and his brother Trey. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
