He is survived by: his girlfriend Joyce Griffis of Fairhope, AL; his daughter India Blackwell of Aurora, MO; his grandchildren, Zayleigh, Bayleigh and Kayleigh; his children, Roger Blackwell of Fairhope, AL and Karen Moore (Mark); his grandchildren, Reilly, Colston, Michael Griffis and Shawn of Seminole, FL; his sister Billie Rife; his nieces, April and Makayla; his sister Kim Shelton (Lee); his nieces and nephews, Mandi Westdyke and Jeremy; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dillon, Addie, Lexi, Cliff Shelton, Shannon and Stephen Shelton; his aunt Barbara Henderson; and also, Nico, Callie, Bailey, Avery, Caden, Le'Ann Dane, Alan, Braelyn and Isaac. He is also survived by cousins and close friends.
