He is survived by: his children, Phillip Boutwell, Jr., John Boutwell (Marcie) and Margarette Boutwell (Dennis); and his siblings, Sherman Boutwell (Dianne), Marvin Boutwell (Anita), Renford Boutwell (Margie), Vernice Douglas (Mike) and Gene Boutwell (Rhoda). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
