He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Mueller of Mobile, AL.; and his sons, Richard Nieland (Jill) of The Woodlands, TX, Charles Nieland (Angela) of Newland, NC and Christopher Nieland (Kathy) of New Orleans, LA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
