She is survived by: her husband Corey Sledge; her children, Amber, Taylor, Devon, Cortney, Katlyn, Kennedy and Myles Sledge; her mother Rev. Sandra Smith; her siblings, April Smith and Jamil Smith; her aunts, Phyllis Gibbs and Debra Langham; her uncle Gary Williams; her grandchildren, Kaia, Kyler Caldwell, Raelynn, Kayden Moore and Noah Raines; and her parents-in-law, Olivia Sledge, Larry, Alice Sledge, Bernard Smith, Jeremall Sledge, Shawn Sledge, Kevin, Angie McBride and Jenell McBride. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
