He is survived by: his wife Arlene Safford; his daughters, Shakira Pettibone of Foley, Estella of Foley, Latesica Safford of Foley and Michaela Safford of Eudora, KS; his granddaughters, Amiah Reid and Nevaeha Pettibone; his siblings, Venetia Vickers (Larry), Cassandra York (George) and Carl Wilson (Gloria) of Fairhope; his sisters-in-law, Latesica and Gail Pettibone; his father-in-law A. G. Pettibone of Foley; his nieces, Chandra Safford and Schanavia Williams of Minnesota; and his friend Elrick Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
