She was predeceased by: her parents, William Andrew Hummer and Sarah Elise Hummer (Montgomery); her husband James Daniel Herzog, Sr.; and her siblings, Margaret Hummer, Helen Martin, David Hummer and James Woodrow Hummer.

She is survived by: her sister Sue Kostelecky (Mary) of Slidell, LA.; her sons, James Daniel Herzog, Jr. (Sheryl) of Fairhope, AL and Richard Wayne Herzog of Birmingham, AL.; her grandsons, James Daniel Herzog III (Angela) of Madison, MS and Caleb Langford (Megan) of Edwards, MS.; and her great grandchildren, Lauren Herzog Wray (Spencer) of Madison, MS, Zoey Langford of Edwards, MS and Riley Collins of Edwards, MS.
