She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert L. Rawls, Sr. and Esther L. Rawls; her husband Paul "Peachie" Turner; and her siblings, Al Rawls, Jr. and Esther Annette Dixon.
She is survived by: her children, Jerri Anita Waters (Terry) of Robertsdale, AL and Joseph W. Alford (Wendy) of Statesville, NC; her grandchildren, Jessica Waters, Justin Waters Caleb Alford (Fabia) and Lauren Alford; and her brother-in-law Jim L. Dixon. She is also survived by five great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
