She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip R. McCarthy; her parents, Brad Niemeyer and Helen Niemeyer; and her daughters, Phyllis Davis and Dee Dee Knapp.
She is survived by: her daughter Beth Reed (Scot) of Summerdale. She is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
