We bid farewell to Judy Elizabeth Simmons (Fairhope, Alabama), born in Greenwood, South Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 8, 2024 at the age of 78. Judy Elizabeth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Pierce Pinson and Lillian Milligan Pinson; and her brother John Drayton Pinson. She is survived by: her husband Roger; her brother Dr. Walter Pinson; her children, Chandra Simmons, Lisa Jones (Matthew) and John Simmons (Christy); and her grandchildren, Cayla Allen, Dalton Simmons, Meredith Ryan, Anna Ryan, Marie Jones and Pierce Jones. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the USA Health Mitchell Cancer Institute.
