He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Sue Forsman; his daughters, Pam Hawkins (Dale) of Daphne, AL, Catherine Stevens of Theodore, AL and Johnette Massey (Johnnie) of Fairhope; his grandchildren, John Hanley, Brittany Davis (Wesley) and Alison Hawkins; his great grandchildren, Zach Hanley, Courtney Hanley, Gavin Davis and Logan Davis; and his siblings, Pauline Curry, Victor Forsman, Joan Becker, Jerry Forsman, George Forsman and Faith Magallanes.
