He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Michaels (Elie); his grandchildren, Andrew and Sarah; his son Jonathan Hodges (Kay); his grandchildren, Brittany Cordua (Josh) and Jonathan Hodges; his sons, David Hodges and Michael Mann (Teresa); his grandchildren, Austin, Olive, Russell and Forrest; his great grandchildren, Jesse Lindsey and Maisyn Cordua; his brother William (Bill) Hodges (Carol); his nieces and nephews, Drew and Sean Hodges; and also, Audrey Lindsey, Micah Lindsey (Jenifer), Jodie Johnson and Megan Dorris.
