She was predeceased by: her husband Ottis Hayes; and her sister Joy Payne. She is survived by: her sons, Brian N. Hayes (Kelly) of Fairhope, AL and Charles Hayes (Leslie) of Birmingham, AL.; and her grandchildren, Ella M. Hayes, Evy Jewell Hayes, Elyse Hayes, Nolan Hayes, Henry Hayes and Many. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or Fairhope United Methodist Church.
