She was predeceased by: her parents, Hillary Armstrong and Margie Armstrong Quinley; and her brother Leon Armstrong. She is survived by: her children, Charles Anthony Rice (Jackie), Joseph Barry Rice (Fran), John Daniel Rice, Scott Armstrong Rice (Leigh) and Marcia Rice Stabler (Stan); her grandchildren, Jeremy Rice, Hillirie Lindquist, Ashley Lieb, Lee Day, Zachary Rice, Lindsay Hawley, Shannon Bane, Joey Stabler, Jacob Rice and Emilie Rice; and her siblings, Rayford Armstrong, Annie Merle Allison, Frances Waldrup and Pearl Jansen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
