He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Ogletree and Ella Ogletree; and his son Jervis Ralph Ogletree, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ogletree; his son Tim Ogletree (Gita); his grandchildren, Adam Ogletree (Meagan), Emily Douglas (Kyle) and Meera Ogletree; his great grandchildren, Ava, Turner, Miller and Merritt; his brother Larry Ogletree; and his nieces, Kim Weaver (Donnie) and Lisa Walker (Jacob).

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be sent to St. Jude.
