He is survived by: his wife Jane Midgette Radka; his children, Erin Radka Sullivan (Joe) and Alex Jerome Radka (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Carrie Sullivan, Sara Radka, Anthony Radka, Michael Radka and Maria Radka; his sister Jeanne Smith (John); his niece Bonnie Preedom Freeman (Ed); and his nephew Richard Preedom (Rene).
