He was predeceased by: his father Wesley Stapleton; and his sister Kim Stapleton Fobes. He is survived by: his mother Bebe Stapleton; his brother Wes Stapleton (Carol); his nephews, Gray Fobes (Julia), Artie Stapleton and Kenne Stapleton; and his niece Lauren Spencer (Jeff). He is also survived by his 4 great nephews and 1 great niece.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Jude Children's Hospital, Jeff's favorite organization.
