She was predeceased by: her husband Prince Powe, Sr.; and her sons, Prince Jr., Elliott, Claude, Terry and Berlin Powe.
She is survived by: her children, Myrtle Powe, Barbara Powe, Anita McCants (Dennis) and Roger Powe (Cecelia); and her sister-in-law Virginia Powe. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; brother.
