Juliet, TN, Toni Deutschlander of Lakeway, TX, Rachel Hammett Carls of Minnetrista, MN, Rebecca Koehler of Prior Lake and Angela Scanlan of Antioch, TN; his nephew Brian Scanlan of Bowling Green, KY; and his sister-in-law Linda Drewer of Bowling Green, KY. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
