He is survived by: his son Henry Lee Mullen IV of Orange Beach; his parents, Suzanne Mullen and Lee Mullen of Fairhope; his sister Leilani Moore (Billy) of Summerdale; his nieces, Angel and Analeese Moore; and his grandparents, Meriam and Ralph Neise of Fairhope. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
