He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edwin Browning Riggs and Hattie Matthews Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Riggs; his daughters, Amanda Albritton (Tom) and Martha Hunter Eskridge (Kyle); his grandchildren, Hunter Albritton, James Albritton, Abby Eskridge, Owen Eskridge and Ike Eskridge; and his sister Sarah Emma Riggs.
