With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Chambliss D. M. D. of Fairhope, Alabama, born in Mobile, Alabama, who passed away on June 4, 2022 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Mattox Chambliss; his daughters, Caroline Ann Chambliss, Mary Elizabeth Chambliss and Sarah Margaret Chambliss; his parents, Dr. Charles Lunsford and Marilyn O'Gwynn Chambliss; his brothers, Charle Lunsford Chambliss, Jr. (Ann Hecker), Jeffrey O'Gwynn Chambliss (Emily Bowman), John Coleman Chambliss and Clifton Scott Chambliss; and his brother-in-law Horace Craig Mattox III. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
