Hannah Claudia (Langham) Goubile Obituary
With great sadness, we announce that Hannah Claudia Langham Goubile, a native Mobilian, born September 23, 1933, departed this life on Monday, January 31, 2022, at her residence surrounded by family. Affectionately known as “Mickey,” she graduated from Carver State with her licensed practical nurse degree and interned at Martin de Porres School and the University of South Alabama. She retired from Thomas Hospital (Fairhope, AL) with 30+ years of dedicated service.
Hannah was a devoted member of the Knights of Peter Claver Council Lady’s Auxillary Drexel Court #I70 and Drexel Society Mobile Chapter. She is preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Christine (Edwards) Langham, her loving husband Rayfield Joseph Goubile Sr., and two sons Rayfield Joseph. Goubile Jr. and Frederick Joseph Goubile (Linda); three brothers: William Langham, Henry Langham, Andrew Langham. Three sisters: Essie Langham Knight, Mattie Langham Mosley, and Christine Langham Johnson.
She leaves to cherish in her precious memory sisters Gladys Langham Pickett of Jacksonville, FL and Rosia Langham James of Mobile, AL, a loving daughter Lisa Denise Goubile and three sons Yonnie K. Langham (Denise), Ronnie P. Langham (Debra), and Robert A. Goubile (Sondra); and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, devoted nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
