He is survived by: his wife Miriam Breneman; his children, Dr. Kathy Clark (Marcus), Beverly Clark, David Clark (Melinda) and Michael Clark; his grandchildren, Bryan Stewart (Laura), Melissa Beavers (Zachary), Dr. Kyle Hawkins (Rose), Savannah Clark, Katie Clark, Tiffany Griffin, Olivia Goodwin (Chris) and Mady Neal; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Caleb, Jaycee, Ember and Magnolia; his sister Sue Conner of Peru; and his brother-in-law Dr. Bill Breneman (Jamie Sue) of Carmel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
