He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George W. Parker and Madelaine Cotton Owen; his wife Marie White Parker; his daughter Jennifer Parker of Thomas; his grandchildren, Leah Deal, Kaitlyn Parker-Becker, Bayly Becker, Parker Becker and Kinsley Parker; his grandparents, Mallory W. Parker and Katie Morris Parker; his brother Gregory Lee Bowden; and also Madelaine C. Owen.
