He is survived by: his wife Deborah Watson Outlaw; his children, Cabell, Alexander, Timothy, Irene, Chester, Kelsey and Lindsay; and his sister Jean Outlaw Sherman Robertson. He is also survived by 4 beautiful grandchildren.
