She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edgar and Rachel Cook; and her siblings, Bob Cook, Doug Cook, Linda Cook and Clara Fenton-Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Ted; her daughters, Susan Cajacob of Dallas and Kimberly Cajacob of Daphne; her sisters, Mary VanHorn of Houston and Brenda Ducray (Dean) of Sarasota, Florida; her stepgrandsons, Sean Banks (Tara) of Saraland and Drew Banks of Fairhope, Alabama; and her nieces, Marcia Olson, Charlotte Siegel, Renee Brechbiel, Michelle Cook Morganosky (Pat) of Houston, Megan Cook Levy (Aaron) of Wylie and Leslie Cook of New York City.
