He is survived by: his wife Frances Turk; his son Gavin Turk; his daughter-in-law Kathleen Kaiser Turk; his granddaughter Kendall Turk; and his siblings, Terry Turk, James Lee, Robert Lee, Thomas Lee and Caroline Lee.
