It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Stewart of Fairhope, Alabama, born in Lillian, Alabama, who passed away on September 24, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Edward Joseph Fidler; her parents, Efford W. Franklin and Virgie Resmondo Franklin; her husband David Andrew Stewart; her brother Louis Eugene Franklin; and her stepdaughter Laurie Stewart.
She is survived by: her former husband John E. Fidler; her son Jeffrey Earl Fidler (Tina); her sister-in-law Carol Franklin; her niece Cindy Cox (Tim); her brother-in-law Jimmie Fidler (Faye); her cousin Joyce Dyess (Sherman); and her stepchildren, Karen D'Olive (Jay), Andy Stewart and Bethany Klein. She is also survived by numerous other cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
