She is survived by: her pet Gino; her husband Perry Hartley of Fairhope; her sons, Greg Hartley (René) of Miami, FL and Scott Hartley (Keena) of Roswell, GA; her grandchild Hayes Hartley of Roswell, GA; and her siblings, Palmer H. Warren, Jr. of Paducah, KY and Joann Savage Williams of Jackson, AL. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Jacob's Ladder, a non-profit special needs school and therapy center in Roswell, GA.
