He is survived by: his wife Rhoni Calvert Lahn of Fairhope; his parents, Gary Pulliam and Ilse-Dore Pulliam of Oklahoma City, OK; his sisters, Loreen Smith of Grand Prairie, TX, Doreen Uwekoolani of Oklahoma City, OK and Vivian Walker of Oklahoma City, OK; and his nieces and nephews, Carl Hoyt, Brandi Hodge and Darden Brown. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
