He was predeceased by: his parents, Elfrieda Papenhagen and Francis Rewerts; and his siblings, Darrell Rewerts and Colleen Meyer. He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Shaffer (Mack) and Tonya Higgins; his grandchildren, Hannah Brown, Haley Higgins, Tanner Higgins, Shayne Higgins and Trevor Higgins; and his great grandchildren, Harper Lewis, Oaklynn Wright and Lakelynn Wright. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
