He was predeceased by: his sisters, Doris Caylor, Jean Brown and Patricia Ratcliff. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Ratcliff; his daughters, Kimberly Kosina, Cheryl Coesens (Fred) and Amy McKenzie (Jason); his grandchildren, Chantele Lucas, Christopher McLaurin (Shannon), Sharron Zuniga (Robert), Faith McKenzie, Alexis McKenzie and Evan McKenzie; and his siblings, Calvin Ratcliff (Debbie), Ralph Ratcliff (Mable) and Catherine Skipper. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
