He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Erskine and Lilian Rizzo Erskine (Smith); his siblings, Roy Erskine and Jane Manning; and his sister-in-law Jane Erskine (Raynor).
He is survived by: his wife Joanna; his daughter Diann Catlin (Douglas "Skip") of Plain City; his siblings, Ronald Erskine and Carolyn Gelsimino (Frank); and his nieces and nephews, Cindy Vines (Mark), Lori Cannon (Eamonn), Lucinda Gelsimino, Ronald Erskine, Jr. (Patti) and Frank Gelsimino (Val).
The family requests that memorial contributions be made in honor of Charles to the American Red Cross, 325 East 4th Street.
