He is survived by: his wife Sandra Black; his children, Carrie Jennings, Charles David Black, Deidra Hanak, Stacy Marshall and Kimberly Baggett; and his siblings, Daryl Black, Virginia Dent, Juanita Rogers, Emily Helveston, Elaine Reaves, Charlene Tucker, Cheryl O'Gwynn and Joy Taylor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-children, and great-grandchildren.
