She is survived by: her parents, Kim Jamison Bolden of LaVergne and Jesse Bolden (Wilma) of Fairhope, Alabama.; her fiancé Zachary Horne of Watertown; her brother Derek Bolden (Brittney) of LaVergne; her grandmother Joyce Jamison of LaVergne; and her nieces and nephews, Bryce and Kinley Bolden.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Candace to Alive Hospice or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
