He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaudie Stephens and Edwin Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Millie" Stephens; his sons, John Stephens and Joe Stephens (Lisa Erdman); his grandchildren, Zach Stephens (Stacey Dunn), Chad Stephens (Megan), Joey Stephens and Jessica Stephens (Mark Henderson); his great grandchildren, Jameson, McKinley Grace, Joseph, Elizabeth and Grayson; and his brothers, Charles Stephens (Betty) and Ricky Stephens (Becky). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
