He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis C. Ball. He is survived by: his daughter Karen Colt (Jon) of St. Louis, MO.; his granddaughters, Catherine, Mary Margaret Blackwell, Kimberly and Mary Beth Colt; his siblings, Jack Ball of Erie, PA and Marie Stanek of Murrells Inlet, S. C.; and his friend Catherine DelHomme.
