She is survived by: her parents, Edith McDermott and Hays Brown Thompson; her sisters, Mary Catherine Thompson Martin, Edith Thompson Schmidt and Patricia Carey Thompson; her nephew Ste; her brothers, Hays Thompson of Mobile and Paul of Mobile; and her nieces and nephews, Mike Thompson (Monica), Patty Daniel (Claude), Carey Thompson (Barbara), Kim Weems (John), Aimee Anderson (Dana), Anne Hirschfeldt (Larry), Mary Patterson, Dan Thompson, John Thompson (Denise), Kurt Schmidt (Kendra), Monica Soldan (Scott), Therese Schmidt, Anne Marie Wenner (Jason), Mary Anne Thompson, Edith Louden (Jim), Dan Martin, Manuel Martin (Lori) and Michael Martin (Laura).
