She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Dana Tappa, Sr.; and her son Alf Henry Tappan. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Dana Tappa, Jr. (Diana) and Suzzanne T. Maurer (Lance); her grandchildren, David Christopher Tappa (Stella), Lauren Elizabeth Siegrest (Eric), Dana Aaron Lackey and Amanda Carol Lackey; and her great grandchildren, Lillian Siegrest and Noah Lee Siegrist.
