He is survived by: his son Jesse Ocean (Jennifer) of Ohio; his brother Ronnie Rigsby of Excel, Ala.; his nephews, Owen Rigsby (Kasey) of Excel, Ala. and Matthew Rigsby (Ashly) of Excel, Ala.; his niece Jennifer Rigsby Barger; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brantley Rigsby, Sawyer Rigsby, Berkeley Rigsby and Cora Beth Rigsby.
